Why You Should Replace Your Wiper Blades

Your windshield is your saving grace when it comes to driving, and wiper blades ensure your safety when you experience rain, snow or even when you need to clean off dirt and bugs. If your wiper blades create streaks and splotches, like the image on the left, it’s time you protect yourself and your passengers by replacing your wiper blades.

1.Ineffectiveness in rainy or snowy weather
2.Marks or splotches on your windshield
3.Noisy sounds while operating
4.Splits, gouges, jagged edges or
discoloration in the rubber
Imperfections in the wipe pattern
5.Occasional sticking to your vehicle’s windshield
6.Change in effectiveness after the winter season

Replace your wiper blades every 6-12 months. If your wiper blades cannot do the simple task of clearing your windows, and you haven’t had them replaced in a while, it’s probably a good idea to have them checked as soon as possible. More often than not, wiper blades take a beating after the winter season and need to be replaced.
